- Update each "New Contact Template" with your contacts.
- Utilize the space under each "New Contact" to note down useful information, in particular:
- Work Info Notes: contact's work challenges / initiatives / professional interests.
- Personal Info Notes: interests / important dates / passions / your common interests
- The "Next Action" is used to monitor your upcoming steps for each contact. Select a date for your next action, and if desired, set a reminder.
- 1st / 2nd / 3rd Follow Ups are meant for contacts that did not engage with you yet
- Reconnect are meant for contacts you spoke with and want to reconnect to add value to them or simply reconnect as you agreed.
- You can view all your applications by "Next Action" in a board view.
- “Video / Phone Call / Met in Person” is to keep track with contacts that engaged with you
- Use filters to organize and view your applications by any index.
